Interview scheduling
The good ones book their own interview.
Send a qualified applicant a link by text, or let GuavaHire send it the moment they qualify. They pick a time on your Calendly, and you see when it’s booked.

- Scheduled for
- Thursday, 10:00 AM

- Single-use, good for 7 days
One link, one booking
Each applicant gets a single-use link to your Calendly, so it can’t be shared or used twice.
Good for 7 days
Links expire after a week, so old invites don’t fill your calendar months later.
Sent your way
Invite each applicant yourself, or turn on automatic invites for everyone who qualifies.
How it works
Interview scheduling, in detail.
You see when they book
When an applicant books, their page shows the time, and if they cancel, it shows that too.
- Link sent and opened
- Scheduled, with the time
- Cancelled or rescheduled
On your calendar, by your rules
Applicants book through your own Calendly, with the event types, hours and locations you already use.
Common questions
- Do I need Calendly?
- Yes. GuavaHire sends a single-use link to your Calendly, and applicants book there.
- Can invites go out on their own?
- Yes, if you turn it on. Automatic invites go to applicants who come out Qualified or Qualified with warnings; everyone else waits for you.
- What happens when a link expires?
- After 7 days it stops working, and you can send a new one from the applicant’s page.
- Will I know if someone cancels?
- Yes. A cancellation shows on the applicant’s page, and you can send them a new link.
